What does StoreKin cost?
Plans start at €9/month. Depending on your plan, a platform fee of 0.15%–1% applies per sale, plus Stripe's standard processing fee. The fee is calculated on the product subtotal only, never on shipping or tax. There are no other charges.
How do I get paid?
Customers pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through Stripe Checkout, directly into your own Stripe account. StoreKin never holds your money. Stripe pays out to your bank on its standard payout schedule.
Can I move my products over from Etsy or Shopify?
Yes. Export your products as a CSV from Shopify, Etsy, or any spreadsheet and upload it in Dashboard → Import. Product details and images come across in one pass.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Connect your domain from the dashboard and we handle the DNS instructions and SSL certificate automatically. Custom domains are included on the Standard and Growth plans.
Who handles VAT and taxes?
You're the seller of record for your store's sales, so tax obligations (like EU VAT or the OSS scheme) remain yours. Every order can be exported as CSV for your accounting.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings at any time. There's no notice period and no cancellation fee.
