What does StoreKin cost?
Plans start at €9/month. Depending on your plan, a platform fee of 0.15%–1% applies per sale, plus Stripe's standard processing fee. The fee is calculated on the product subtotal only, never on shipping or tax. There are no other charges.
What is the platform fee charged on?
The product subtotal only. Shipping and tax are never part of the fee calculation, and the percentage depends on your plan (0.15% to 1% per sale). Stripe's standard processing fee applies separately, and StoreKin adds no markup on top of it.
Is there a discount for yearly billing?
Yes. Yearly billing costs ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free, about 17% off. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing whenever you like.
Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes. During setup you connect (or create) a free Stripe account, and every sale is paid directly into it. You stay in control of your money and your payout schedule. StoreKin never sits between you and your revenue.
How do I get paid?
Customers pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay through Stripe Checkout, directly into your own Stripe account. StoreKin never holds your money. Stripe pays out to your bank on its standard payout schedule.
Who handles VAT and taxes?
You're the seller of record for your store's sales, so tax obligations (like EU VAT or the OSS scheme) remain yours. Every order can be exported as CSV for your accounting.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings at any time. There's no notice period and no cancellation fee.
